This wattage is divided between 200-2000W for the left zone and 200-1500W for the right zone (for the right zone this is a maximum of 1500W at 200℃ to 240℃). In addition, the hob has a heat efficiency of 93%. This allows you to cook extensively, but still energy-efficiently.
Induction pans from 12-26 cm
On the KitchenBrothers induction hob you can use pans with a diameter of 12-26 cm. Suitable pans are: induction pans, cast iron pans and pans with a magnetic base. Pans made of stainless steel, aluminium, copper without a magnetic base, glass, wood, porcelain, ceramic or earthenware are not suitable for the hob. The induction hob can detect if a pan is the wrong size or material. In that case it switches off automatically within 60 seconds.
Touchpad with child lock
The induction hob is easy to operate with the touchpad. This way you can set the temperature or the timer in no time. In addition, the hob has a button with which you can lock it immediately. This way you keep curious children at a distance. And you do not accidentally press buttons while cooking.
Built-in timer
If you don't pay attention, your food is burnt. Not with the induction hob from KitchenBrothers. With the built-in timer, you can keep track of exactly how long your food is on the stove. You can set the timer from 1 minute to 3 hours. When the timer runs out, the induction hob switches off automatically. This way, you can cook even more relaxed.
Protected against overheating
The induction hob cools down quickly due to the ventilation openings and the built-in ventilation system. If you have not used the hob for more than 2 hours, it will switch off automatically. The hob is also protected against overheating. If the hob becomes warmer than 280℃ internally, it will switch off automatically. Let the hob cool down for a while and it will be fine to use again.
