  • In which currency do I see the prices on the site?

  • I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?
    We do our best to ship items as soon as possible. Please allow 4-7 days for production before your order is shipped. Average shipping time is 15-21 days.
    Tracking numbers are updated 3-5 days after your order has SHIPPED. If you do not have a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at

  • I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is a problem?
    We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to return it to us for a full refund. You must return it at your own expense. Once we receive the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include a name and order number on the returned packages.
    Please note: If your package is in transit, you will have to wait until it arrives and return it before you receive a refund.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    You can cancel your order free of charge! You must cancel your order before it is shipped. If the item has already been shipped, use our easy returns system to get a full refund.
  • I entered an incorrect address, what should I do now?
    If you have misspelled or automatically entered an incorrect address, simply reply to the order confirmation email and confirm. Once you have verified that the address you entered is incorrect, you can notify us by email at nick.karselius@quorebv.com . If the address you entered is incorrect, we can change the address to the correct address within 24 hours. No refunds will be issued after 24 hours of incorrect submission.
  • How long does shipping take?
    Shipping times vary as we ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. Average shipping time is 15-25 business days.
