The average pot from the Profi Line series by Hendi is a vessel that will find application in professional gastronomy. It is made of stainless steel, and its outer surface is satin-finished with a polished rim. The pot's bottom is a "sandwich" construction (stainless steel 304, 18/10 - 5 mm aluminum - stainless steel 430, 18/0, min. 0.5 mm), which combines the properties of aluminum in terms of heat distribution with the durability and magnetic properties of stainless steel.
The pot's bottom was produced using the IMPACT BONDING technology, which ensures ideal layer bonding and thus resistance to corrosion and increased heat conduction. The acid-resistant steel inside the pot allows for the preparation of acidic meals, and the solid, non-heating handles provide comfortable work with the pot.
