Monolith Icon BBQ – the Kamado table grill for on the go

• The lid can be removed and you can then use the ICON as a table grill or place a steel fire plate on it.
• On the fire plate, a collection tray for collecting grease and ash can be applied. It can be used as a plancha or teppan grill at different temperatures.
• The temperature is very high in the areas directly above the heat, and at the outer parts where the plate protrudes, slightly lower. So you can sear food in the middle and move in the outer parts to cook and keep warm.

The Monolith Icon – perfect for balcony, terrace or to take with you.

The new Monolith ICON is a more compact version of the classic junior. It is slightly lower than the junior, weighs 35 kg and is perfect for balcony, terrace or to take with you. The multifunctional charcoal barbecue made of particularly heat-resistant ceramic offers the perfect outdoor kitchen for on the go with its wide range of cooking options. At the ICON there is also the possibility to grill indirectly with a deflector stone, so larger pieces of meat can be cooked at low temperature for a longer period. Thanks to the removable lid, the ICON can be used as a table grill. Even with a fire plate, it can be easily combined for maximum grilling pleasure. The ICON is equipped with a glass fiber seal, stainless steel legs, stainless steel frame and stainless steel fittings on lid and kettle. With the two sturdy handles, it can be carried comfortably with two people.
